Indiana Youth Contest Synopsis:
The ISRBA Youth are welcome to participate in Breed ID throughout the year using a Breed ID sheet prepared for each show.
At the annual ISRBA Convention there are many ways for youth to compete with their rabbit knowledge and skills. Here is a brief description of these contests. Please see more detailed information in our Youth Contest Rules Pdf.

*Youth who compete and place high enough in these contests may compete at ARBA Nationals on Team Indiana

Breed Identification*
- Youth use their knowledge to identify 25 breeds and varieties of Rabbits and Cavies.
Judging Competition*
- Youth get to judge 3 sets of 4 animals hands on and place those animals according to their judgments.
Showmanship
- Youth ages 11 and under practice rabbit showmanship according to the ARBA guidelines.
Royalty
- Royalty is comprised of Breed ID, a Written Test, and Judging/Showmanship (depending on the age of the competitor)
Educational Contests
- These are pre-made displays which can include posters, crafts, woodworking, poetry, etc. about rabbits and cavies.
